When we say games,we mean the games that people play them in order to stall or delay action. This seminar will touch on ways to react to customers that just won't bend an inch. Some will throw criticism your way in an effort to throw you off. Your job will be to listen, ask questions about what they are saying, re-establish rapport, and resume your presentation. Handling serious issues and being able to determine the root of the problem will also be touched on in this session.
