The following describes the terms on which Powerhouse Sales Trainers and Evaluators LLC, and The Powerhouse Sales Seminar Institute offers you access to our seminars and services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our officers,directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees by any third party due or arrising out of your breach of this agreement. We also acknowledge the some seminars have been written by freelance writers or instructors and have been purchased by PSSI for use by our students.
Your User Agreement
Welcome to the PowerHouse Sales Seminar Institute (PSSI). By using the services and seminars availiable from this domain, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The Agreement is effective on Jan 1st 2006 for current users, and new users from this day forth or until PSSI makes changes to it's content.
Using The PowerHouse Sales Seminar Institute
Seminars and materials downloaded from this site may only be used by member/students for the use of internal training for their register company.
Copies may be made to use as handouts only for those attending your training session. You may download 52 seminars per year. seminars may be downloaded every 7 days per week and 24 hours per day. We may suspend or terminate our service to members abusing our materials
Privacy
We don not sell or rent personal informatin to third parties for their marketing without thr explicit consent. We view protection of user's privacy as a very important responsibility and communicating that to our students / members is important.
Licensing Boundaries
By purchasing a PSSI seminar, you have the right to use and copy our seminars for all employee team members that work and are positioned in the county that your company has registered as the member/ licensee.
No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, empoyee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationships are intended or created by this membership agreement.
